  • Minor variations in fabric, fit, or print may occur due to manufacturing processes

Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Correct pricing errors where necessary

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Location

  • Courier delays

  • Production or supply issues

DESI DRIP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for faulty or incorrect items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (photos and order number).

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Images

is the property of DESI DRIP and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree not to:
