Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of preference

• Delayed delivery

• Ordering the wrong item

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if:

• The item is faulty or damaged

• The item received is incorrect

• The product has a manufacturing defect

This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Assessment Process

Once your request is received:

• We will review the information provided

• If approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion

• In some cases, you may be required to return the item

Return Shipping

• If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

• If no fault is found, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

• Slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric due to manufacturing processes

• Items damaged after delivery

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are subject to the same refund conditions as full-priced items.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
