Faulty or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if:

Reporting an Issue
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Assessment Process
Once your request is received:

We will review the information provided

If approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion

In some cases, you may be required to return the item

Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs

If no fault is found, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:

Slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric due to manufacturing processes

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are subject to the same refund conditions as full-priced items.
